Thématiques de recherche

Les dernières publications concernent plus spécialement :

- la mise en évidence des sous-types de récepteurs à la leptine et caractérisation de  sa production par les différents tissus articulaires arthrosiques (ligament de Hoffa, synoviale, cartilage ostéophyte et os).

- la caractérisation des concentrations sériques et synoviales de leptine et de deux adipokines (adiponectine et résistine) chez des patients atteints d’arthrose, analyse de leur production respectives par les différents tissus articulaires afin de mieux comprendre leurs rôles respectifs dans la physiopathologie de l’arthrose .

- la caractérisation des récepteurs et des voies de signalisation de la leptine et identification des effets de la leptine sur l’expression de gènes impliqués dans le maintien de l’homéostasie du cartilage et/ou dans la physiopathologie de l’arthrose.
